► SIZING
These shoes fit true to size according to the size chart.
LENGTH
Measure your feet when standing up, heal to toe, and use the size chart to select the corresponding size. All measurements are insole measurements (inside of the shoe).
Select an insole length that is slightly larger than your foot length.
WIDTH
Please also check the width. When measuring your foot width, measure the widest point, usually across the ball of your foot.

Note that the men's shoes have wider widths than the women's. So if you have narrow feet, the women's shoes may be a better fit. If you have wider feet, the men's shoes may be a better fit.

Narrow and wide width shoe sizing is not available. The only half sizes available are those listed.
